Product Description

    These conductive TPU granules offer stable anti-static and conductive performance, along with excellent flexibility and wear resistance. They are ideal for anti-static shoe soles, electronic components, and industrial parts. With good process ability for injection molding, they guarantee consistent conductivity and a long service life, making them suitable for ESD-safe products and high-quality industrial applications.

The granules are formulated with a precisely controlled carbon black content, ensuring a surface resistance range of 10³-10⁹Ω, which meets the strict ESD protection requirements of various industries. Their superior flexibility allows for easy processing into complex shapes without compromising the conductive network, making them highly adaptable to different mold designs for shoe soles and intricate electronic component housings.

    Additionally, the wear resistance of these TPU granules is enhanced through advanced polymer modification. Relationship Between TPU-COND-80A VS TPU

TPU-COND-80A is a modified conductive grade of TPU. It is based on standard TPU resin with the addition of conductive or anti-static agents. It shares the same basic TPU structure as the standard TPU but serves different applications.

This modification endows TPU-COND-80A with excellent electrical conductivity and anti-static properties, which are not inherent in standard TPU. Standard TPU is primarily valued for its outstanding mechanical properties, such as high elasticity, wear resistance, and toughness, and it finds extensive use in general fields like footwear, hoses, and films.

In contrast, while retaining the fundamental mechanical advantages of TPU, TPU-COND-80A is specifically designed for applications where static control or electrical conductivity is crucial due to the introduction of conductive components. These specialized applications may include areas such as electrostatic-sensitive electronic component packaging, conductive gaskets, or parts in environments requiring the dissipation of static charges to prevent electrostatic damage or hazards.
